Grand Hotel Champs-Elysees, Paris

Despite being located on a busy street side, the hotel has all renovated rooms to a top-notch standard. While the ambiance was a bit depressing, the rooms felt like closets. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to accommodate any request, offering a comfortable room, great breakfast, and a superb location at the top of Champs Elysées. The location is great, within walking distance to Champs Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, and even the Eiffel Tower. On the downside, the only positive aspect about this hotel was its location. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with a rich breakfast spread but poor-tasting food. The facilities were of great value, offering various amenities tailored for guests' comfort.

The hotel's fantastic location near the Arc de Triomphe makes it perfect for shopping and sightseeing, although some room service practices need improvement. The staff is accommodating and helpful, providing excellent service for booking taxis and restaurant recommendations, while the dining experience could be enhanced. Overall, a convenient choice for a stay in central Paris.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not ready at check-in time, and the breakfast service left dirty dishes in the hallway, which was not great. The room itself was poor and outdated, far from deserving a 5-star rating, but it was sufficient for two people.
